Our 4 rooms are prepared for your arrival with fresh linen, duvets and bath towels. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with Italian-style shower.

If you’re staying with us for more, than a week, we’ll change your bed linens and towels & give you fresh toiletries.
Private garden, outdoor dining area, and covered terrace. Our private pool is at your disposal in summer. Heated from May to October according to weather conditions.
In winter you will be able to leave your skis and warm your boots in a specifically designed space.
We are sorry that because of the structure of our house, we are not able to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Our friends, the animals, are not admitted.

COMING WITH CHILDREN?
Should you need them, we can provide cribs for babies or young children and highchairs for a one off-charge.
DO WE NEED TO BRING ANY FORM OF IDENTIFICATION?
Yes, the lead guest will have to, so we can check their details against the booking record, and make sure it is their credit or debit card that will be pre-authorised or cheque released. Do please make sure the lead guest has brought along a driving licence or passport. If we don’t have this, you won’t be able to complete your arrival at the home.
DO YOU NEED TO TAKE A SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR OUR STAY?
Yes. On arrival we will either pre-authorise a credit/debit card or request a cheque (French citizens) or cash.
We hold the amount until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.
If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave.
WHAT ABOUT OUR SECURITY DEPOSIT?
HOW DO WE GET IT BACK?
Once you’ve departed, our team comes around to check the home for any damage and to prepare it for the next booking.
We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH BREAKAGES?
Because we want our guests and members to trust each other, we want you to ‘fess up’ to any damage, inadvertent or otherwise.
We do a thorough check of the home after each stay. If we do find damage, we’ll get in touch with you before accessing the pre-authorised funds.
A deposit or down payment of 25% is required for a full week’s booking, and 100% for weekends and “Petite Semaine” stays.
IF YOU CAN’T MAKE IT ACCORDING TO YOUR BOOKING,
we would like to know a month in advance.
IF YOU CANCEL LATER THAN THIRTY DAYS BEFORE,
deposit fee will be due and cancellation fees applied according to the terms of the signed contract.
IF YOU DON’T TURN UP AS AGREED,
you must pay the entire amount.
Of course we will do our best to find someone else for the house so that you will not incur the costs.
However, we reserve the right to charge you, should we be unable to find a replacement.
