Eth Bordac is located in Cazeaux de Larboust municipality, approx. a 90 minutes\u2019 drive from Toulouse, one hour from Tarbes, and 10 minutes from Bagn\u00e8res de Luchon.
If you fly to Toulouse, it makes most sense to hire a car and drive to Eth Bordac (140 km). You are then freer to explore the area as you like.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our houses to rent in the French Pyrenees are available all year.\n\u201cEth Bordac\u201d sleeps up to eight guests and \u201cBordac Petit\u201d up to 2.\nRent Eth Bordac and Bordac Petit separately, or both, and the place will then become a great family or friends alike vacation spot for 10.\n<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2<\/span><\/i><\/i>Arrival & Departure Times<\/div>

Whether you need to arrive early, or late, we can handle it.
What time can we arrive? And, for that matter, depart?<\/p>

Standard arrival is from 18:00.
Standard departure is any time before 10:00<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

3<\/span><\/i><\/i>Do we need to bring any form of identification?<\/div>

Yes, the lead guest will have to, so we can check their details against the booking record, and make sure it is their credit or debit card that will be pre-authorised or cheque released.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

4<\/span><\/i><\/i>Do you need to take a security deposit for our stay?<\/div>

Yes. On arrival we will either pre-authorise a credit\/debit card or request a cheque (French citizens) or cash.
We hold the amount until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we\u2019ll get in touch immediately.
If you do damage anything it\u2019s always best to let us know before you leave.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

5<\/span><\/i><\/i>What about our security deposit? How do we get it back?<\/div>

Once you\u2019ve departed, our team come round to check the home for any damage and to prepare it for the next booking.
We will release the hold within five days after your departure, but it can take your bank longer to process the request.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

6<\/span><\/i><\/i>How do you deal with breakages?<\/div>

Because we want our guests and members to trust each other, we want you to \u2019fess up\u201d to any damage, inadvertent or otherwise.
We do a thorough check of the home after each stay. If we do find damage, we\u2019ll get in touch with you before accessing the pre-authorised funds.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n

7<\/span><\/i><\/i>Cancellation policies<\/div>

If you can\u2019t make it according to your booking, we would like to know a month in advance.
If you cancel later than thirty days before, deposit fee will be due and cancellation fees applied according to the terms of the signed contract.
If you don\u2019t turn up as agreed, you must pay the entire amount of the stay.
Of course we will do our best to find someone else for the house so that you will not incur the costs. However, we reserve the right to charge you, should we be unable to find a replacement.<\/p>
